Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective merchandise only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any damage or issues.
To be eligible for a return due to damage or defect, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return request, you can contact us at NEXTLEVELGIFTSANDMORELLC@OUTLOOK.COM. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
Please note: returns must be approved before sending any items back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Items ordered in the wrong size
• Items you no longer want or did not like
• Any custom or personalized items
• Any order approved through a design proof/mockup process
• Sale items or gift cards
All custom orders are sent a design proof/mockup for approval before production begins. Once approved, the order is final and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If you need an exchange for the same item due to an approved issue, contact us at NEXTLEVELGIFTSANDMORELLC@OUTLOOK.COM.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
