We take pride in preparing and shipping each order with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method and Tracking

All orders are shipped with a carrier selected at checkout and include a tracking number. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Next Level Gifts and More LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or misdelivered mail caused by the carrier. Any issues with packages marked as delivered or delayed must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, it is considered the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
